Robinson Ramblings

We had a wonderful time celebrating Becca's birthday on Saturday. Becca, Brent, and Henry came over for dinner. Our praise is that Henry is feeling SO MUCH better! It took two trips to the doctor and plenty of antibiotics but Henry's ear infections seem to have cleared up. We are thankful! Our prayer request today is that Kelly is quite sick. She has been running a fever since Saturday night and she is having trouble breathing. She has had this problem a few times - the infection has been in her chest. Anyway, today we are trying to get in to see a respiratory specialist. I have cancelled my morning classes so that I can take care of her. The complication is that she is house sitting for an acquaintance and caring for his dogs. The house is 10 miles away from us. We have been back and forth a few times to care for Kelly & the dogs. I brought her home last night but Rich went back to stay overnight so that he could feed & water the dogs. I hope that we can keep up with ...

Kelly had a great time introducing Brad to her favorites places & people! Nicole, Brad, Kelly & Becca all carved pumpkins & they were cool! The time with Brad was too short but we all enjoyed it & hope that he comes to visit again!!!

I have been waiting for Kelly to get her new haircut so I could put a picture on the blog of her! She is writing for the Boise Weekly this summer & last weekend went to Weiser, ID to get a story on the Weiser Fiddle Festival. She said the music was incredible & everybody was so friendly. A great time was had by all. Yesterday I was able to babysit Henry for 2 hours while Becca had therapy on her knee & went to Target. Henry and Nana did just fine!! He is a sweetie!! I thought that although it is June 19 & Henry is almost 3 weeks old, I would post some pictures of the baby shower that I gave for Becca (on his behalf). We had such fun! Approximately 40 ladies were in our house & yard to help celebrate the coming of Henry. Becca got so many wonderful gifts & a great time was had by all! I posted a picture of one of my Kindermusik classes that finished at the end of May. I am not teaching any summer classes but I'll be back in the swing of things in Sept. I had 6 Kindermusik classes each week and I taught six music classes each week at the Early Learning Center. It was very busy but rewarding.
