Pictures of Henry

Henry was in his first Christmas program at church this year! Although his program was the same day as the children's program at our church, we were able to attend our program and then zoom over to see Henry sing! It sure was special seeing him singing and see his excitement when he saw that we were in the audience. He was so serious while he sang and did the motions - he took it seriously. It turned out that he was getting sick and by evening was running a fever. SIGH! Henry is a huge Toy Story 3 fan (especially of Buzz Lightyear). Yesterday Becca and I took went to Joanne Fabrics and he got a iron on patch of Buzz. Becca put it on a shirt today and sent me a picture of him wearing it (on her cell phone). She said he was so excited that he was practically vibrating! Henry loves my Lambchop puppet. When he comes over he says, "Nana, you have to be Lampchop - put her on your hand." Then he talks to her and interacts with her (I had to build with blocks with her on my han...

Merry Christmas!

Wow, Christmas is almost here and I haven't sent out any cards or wrapped any presents yet!! I am finally feeling better. I have had a sinus infection for over four weeks. After two prescriptions and many days of feeling awful (I only missed one day of work, though), I am getting my energy back. My allergies have been acting up as well so I am really enjoying my Christmas break from school. Here are some favorite pictures of Henry and Jack from Thanksgiving. Jack is a happy guy (most of the time) and loves to play with his brother!

Riding a Pony and Picking Pumpkins

Auntie Hollie and Henry

I've been looking through a lot of pictures lately & it is fun to see how much Henry has grown up. He sure loves his aunties & they love him right back!

Growing Boys

My sweet grandsons are growing up - Henry will be three in 8 days and Jack is 10 months old! They are changing and maturing daily. I watched the boys on Friday afternoon until Becca got home from work and on Sat. for a few hours while Becca got her hair cut (Brent was sleeping - he is on his 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. shift). They are so precious (and busy)!!

Easter Egg Hunting Pictures

Becca and Brent's friend, Marvin, dressed up in his bunny costume and gave us some great opportunities for photo-ops!! Marvin's daughter, Rachel, helped Henry search for Easter eggs - they found lots!! Henry said, "I wasn't afraid of the bunny. I was brave!!"

Hollie's 28th Birthday Celebration

I am not sure what Rich was doing with his salad!!!! Here were some pictures of our celebration for Hollie's birthday (March 25). Kelly was sick and wasn't able to be with us and Brent had to go to work just as we met to celebration. However, Henry and Jack had a grand time helping Auntie Hollie open her gifts and eat her cheese cake.

Praise the Lord, I am Finally Feeling Better!

This is the first week since my fall on December 15, that I have felt almost normal. I still have headaches but the vertigo and nausea are gone & my energy level is back. I am soooooo thankful. I have been going to the chiropracter twice a week for three weeks and it has been helping. Thanks for all of your prayers! Becca took these pictures of the boys with her phone. Henry is crazy about his Thomas the Train set & Jack seems quite taken with it as well. I wanted to show that Jack can smile for the camera!!

Taking Care of My Boys

I was off on Monday for Martin Luther King Day and so I was able to watch Henry and Jack while Becca was at work. I got some cute pictures of the boys and also of Becca after she came home. Henry had a little bit of a melt down (can't remember why) and crumpled to the floor but he couldn't stay sad very long!

Some Favorite Pictures

These are random pictures that I really liked. The two of Henry were at 2060 W. Sunny Slope. Henry and I spent so much time in the back yard. He loved to swing on the swing & here he made a bed on it. Jack is sitting up in his little seat - I love it that the word "INSPIRED" is visible behind him! He is such a sweet, happy baby - very laid back.

More Pictures

I absolutely love these pictures Jack. He is awake more and has more expressions everyday. Today he "smiled" at Becca. He is a cutie!

Iyana, Jack, and Henry at Fuller Park

Amanda B. (Iyana's mom) took these darling pictures of Iyana, Henry, and Jack at Fuller Park last Tuesday. She is a very good photographer!! Thank you, Amanda! Iyana is such a sweet little mother to both of the boys! Henry adores her! The day we went to the park, Henry had a bad tummy ache. He would play for awhile and then crumble in tears (when his stomach ache would flare up). All through the time, Iyana was patient and so caring. What a sweetie!

More Pictures of our cute little guy!

Welcome to Jack Tyler

Jack Tyler Watson Born: Monday, July 13 Time: 10:00 p.m. Weight: 6 lb. 14 oz. Length: 20 in. Here are Papa and Henry enjoying the fish in the maternity waiting room.

Henry Quips

Henry loves to watch planes and helicopters. After a helicopter disappeared behind a house, he asked me, " Where did the helicop go? I don't know! He went WAY up high! Buh, buh, buh, buh!" (sound of the helicopter in the sky accompanied with a hand flying up high) He likes to ask & answer his own questions. Recently he has been saying " I don't know! I don't know eider ." I think his says this because when he says "I don't know" one of the adults in his life says, "I don't know either." So of course, he beats us to the punch & says the line for us! He loves the elderly man across the street from our house. He always waves at him and says, "Hi, John! How ya doin' dude!"

Henry at Fuller Park

The weather is beautiful today but it has been very unpredictable for the past few weeks. Becca and Henry went to Fuller Park with Iyanna and her mom, Amanda. Amanda took some great pictures and put them on a disc for me. Although the weather that day was a bit cold and rainy, they had fun playing. Praise the Lord, I have a job! I was hired by a temp agency for a long term temp job at Citi (where Rich works). I will be on the phones all day (after three weeks of training). It is such an answer to prayer! I was hoping to start training this week but my finger printing and drug testing paper work didn't come through in time. So I'll start next Monday. Last week I also interviewed for a preschool director/teacher position at Cole Valley Christian School - I will hear about that by the end of April. I am excited about the possibilities of getting back into teaching. I believe that quite a few people applied for the job so it is not a "done deal." The Lord has a plan...
